大ヒットシリーズ『ハリー・ポッター』のエマ・ワトソンが、これまでの女優生活の苦労や現在の心境を明かした。
エマは『Harper's BAZAAR』誌とのインタビューで、「私の演技の先生に、私が一番苦労するのは『怒り』を表すことだと言われたの。（その言葉の通り）何とか怒りの演技をしようとしたんだけど、『私にはできない。私にはできないのよ』って泣き崩れそうになったときもあったわ」と告白。彼女はさらに、自分の感情を野放しにすることや、力強さやセクシーさを全面に押し出すのはとても怖いと話していた。
そんな中、『ハリポタ』からすでに別の映画撮影に入り、新境地を開拓中でもあるエマ。今年11月には、ミシェル・ウィリアムズがマリリン・モンローを演じる『マリリン 7日間の恋』が欧米で封切られるほか、10代の苦悩を描いた青春映画『The Perks of Being a Wallflower』（現在製作中、公開日は未定）にも出演している。
ハリー・ポッター（ダニエル）、ハーマイオニー・グレンジャー（エマ）、そしてロン・ウィーズリー（ルパート・グリント）の雄姿がついに見納めとなる『ハリー・ポッターと死の秘宝PART 2』は、本日7月15日より日本でも公開される。
