125【予告編】キーラ・ナイトレイがロシアの美人妻に扮した『アンナ・カレーニナ』

「心の数だけ、愛がある」――これは新作映画『アンナ・カレーニナ/Anna Karenina』の予告編の冒頭で出てくる言葉だ。
『アンナ・カレーニナ』は、19世紀に活躍したロシアの文豪レフ・トルストイの代表作の1つ。美しき人妻のアンナが若き将校ヴロンスキーに恋したことが発端となる悲恋物語だ。今回ヒロインのアンナを演じるのは、キーラ・ナイトレイだ。
古くは絶世の美女といわれたグレタ・ガルボや『風と共に去りぬ』のヴィヴィアン・リー、近年ではソフィー・マルソーがアンナを演じるなど、これまで何度となく映画化されている『アンナ・カレーニナ』。今回は『つぐない』でアカデミー賞監督賞にノミネートされたジョー・ライトがメガホンをとり、『恋におちたシェイクスピア』のトム・ストッパードが脚本を手がけている。
キャストには『つぐない』や『プライドと偏見』に続き、ライト監督と再タッグを組むキーラをはじめ、『キック・アス』『ノーウェアボーイ ひとりぼっちのあいつ』のアーロン・ジョンソン（ヴロンスキー役）、ジュード・ロウ（アンナの夫アレクセイ・カレーニン役）、『トレインスポッティング』『ノーカントリー』のケリー・マクドナルド、『ハリー・ポッターと死の秘宝 PART 1&2』でビル・ウィーズリーに扮したドーナル・グリーソンらが名を連ねている。
『アンナ・カレーニナ』の全米公開は2012年11月9日。日本公開は未定だ。
