ゴールを決めて喜びすぎて試合中に「自撮り」をしたサッカー選手が話題に!


世界中で流行ってい「自撮り」だが、なんとスポーツ選手がプレー中に堂々とセルフィーし、話題になっている。
7月6日に行なわれた米MFL(メジャー リーグ サッカー)、スポルティング・カンザスシティとシカゴ・ファイアーの試合で先制点を決めた、スポルティングのFWドム・ドワイヤー選手。

大歓声の中、ドワイヤー選手は仲間と喜びを分かち合う...かと思いきや、おもむろに応援席の前へ。すると関係者からスマホを受け取り、なんと駆け付けたチームメイトや最前列の観客と一緒にセルフィーしたのである。

前代未聞のこの行為に対し、審判はイエローカードの判定! 試合はその後ファイアーが1点を返し、1-1のドローに終わった。まさかの試合中セルフィーに対し、ネット上では

「これでイエローカードなの? ただ喜びをわかちあっただけでしょ?」
「今のサッカーのルールは以下の通り。
・自撮り...イエローカード
・対戦相手に嚙みつく...4ヶ月間の出場停止
・背中の骨の一部を折る...おとがめなし
こんなのアリかよ?」
「まさに"現代サッカー"だな」

と、いろんな意味で驚きの声が寄せられているが、実は試合中のセルフィーは彼が初めてではない。

今年の初めには英スカンソープ・ユナイテッドのGKサム・スローコムが、あろうことか対戦相手ポーツマスのファンと一緒に写真を撮る珍事が発生。ゴールパフォーマンスでのセルフィーはまだ分からなくもないが、ファンがフィールド上で選手とセルフィーするのは言うまでもなく禁止すべきだろう。
